A Mediterranean Wine Bar Built Around the Seasons

Patsy’s Melbourne is a Mediterranean-inspired vegetarian wine bar

located opposite Queen Victoria Market in Melbourne’s CBD. While many

restaurants begin with a protein and build the meal around it, we begin

somewhere else entirely—with the harvest.

Each week our kitchen works with vegetables, herbs and flowers grown on

our regenerative farm in Victoria’s Central Highlands, alongside produce

from a network of growers who share our belief that exceptional food

begins with healthy soil. The result is a menu that changes naturally

throughout the year, celebrating ingredients at their seasonal peak

rather than expecting them to be available all year round.

Inspired by the wine bars of Italy, Spain, Greece and southern France,

Patsy’s brings together thoughtful cooking, generous hospitality and a

wine list designed to complement vegetables just as beautifully as it

complements conversation.

Whether you’re joining us for a weekday lunch, a relaxed afternoon wine

or a long dinner with friends, our aim is simple: create food that feels

generous, memorable and deeply connected to the seasons.
