Who is Patsy?
She is a beautiful little building who was hiding unloved in plain sight in the CBD and we have worked hard to restore her former charms.
Patsy’s is a meat free wine bar who takes her cues from the wine bars of the Mediterranean; their food and wine that has grown from that agrarian culture.
Alongside the city restaurant the owners have created a huge vegetable garden in the central highlands just outside Melbourne. That garden and other small scale growers, along with Patsy’s location over looking the Queen Victoria Market, provide the ingredients and the drinks being poured the inspiration for the wine friendly fare.
