Jayden head Chef

Jayden Park (ex Vue de Monde) joined the Patsy's team as Head Chef in his first lead role in April. The stars (and core values) aligned when Jayden and Dan Lidgard (Executive Chef Patsy's and Donna Maria) concocted a plan to bring Jayden on board. Buddies from their Attica days in 2015, Jayden's passion for provenance and country upbringing uniquely qualify him to take on the role. 

A childhood spent foraging, growing and cooking his own produce means Jayden understands our tether to the seasons and how to make them triumph on the plate. We are loving what he and Dan are doing with the autumn menu. Don't take our word for it though, come and try it for yourself.
