Spring is unfurling in our garden fresh herbs scent the air, flowers are pushing through the soil and
in the Mediterranean, vines are heavy with fruit, ready for harvest. For one week only, were bringing
these two worlds together in the heart of Melbourne.

Patsys Melbourne Meat-Free Wine Bar, CBD
For one week only, Monday 1 to Sunday 7 September, Patsys Melbourne CBD will transform into a
celebration of Mediterranean wine styles, in partnership with Koerner Wines, crowned Young Gun of
Wine in 2019 and praised for their expressive, terroir-driven clarity.
Expect to be transported by wines that truly speak of place: the Rolle saline and textured, with
whispers of salted cashews, graphite, cold peach tea, apple skin, and brine; the Pigato, a
skin-contact expression weaving dehydrated orange peel, grapefruit, squeezed lime, sea salt,
coriander, and white pepper think salty Margherita vibes; the Tiver Rosé, a delicate blend of
Sangiovese and Sciacarello, kissed by just three hours of skin contact, fermented in Slavonian oak
foudre, and matured on lees yielding a textured, juicy wine subtly lifted by fresh fruit and a fine
mineral line; and the Adelaide Hills Sangiovese, a medium-bodied red with bright dark cherry, wild
blackberry, tobacco leaf and dried herb aromas, and a palate of raspberries, graphite, and potpourri.
For deeper, more brooding notes, well be pouring the La Korse, a layered southern-French-style
blend with red and blue fruits, cool acidity, and subtle bramble complexity, alongside the Classic
Red Wine, velvet-textured with dark fruits and remarkable length.
Across the week, you can enjoy:
- Seasonal four-course menus designed to demonstrate the connection between the wines and the
region-specific vegetarian cuisine of the grape growers
- Prix fixe lunches featuring dishes created especially to reference the places that these grape
varieties hail from
- Apero Hour, 4- 5 pm daily Koerner wines integrated into our cocktail menu using infusions, rinses,
and a whole lot of drink-making skills all at ½-price
- À la carte dining with the opportunity to taste Koerner wines at your discretion
Seats are strictly limited once the week ends, these Koerner experiences vanish.

2019. Their Adelaide Hills Sangiovese has been awarded 94 points by James Suckling, while the
